What the itinerary is built from

Travelyzer generates an itinerary from a small set of inputs. Knowing them is the quickest way to predict what a group trip will produce.

A captured place becomes a card, and the cards are your collection. The collection is the input side of the planner, never the destination. The destination is the itinerary: coherent, optimised, ready to use, and laid out day by day on a map. These are the inputs Travelyzer generates it from:

• The preferences you give at onboarding, which describe the kind of travel that suits you.
• The places you like by swiping.
• The places you capture on location. A place is captured by going to it, and captures are unlimited on the free tier.
• Your location, which gives the plan its geographic anchor.

Travelyzer plans your visits and your holiday whatever shape the trip takes. The trip types below are the same planner, with a different trip around it.

• A weekend away with friends. Short trips are planned day by day like any other.
• A family holiday. Up to five travellers are covered on the free tier.
• A trip for two. Two travellers sit well inside the free tier's limit of five.
• A city break. Travelyzer plans city trips and sightseeing on a map, day by day.
• A road trip. Longer routes work the same way, and trips longer than three weeks are part of Travelyzer Plus.

Group size, free and Travelyzer Plus

The AI itinerary is included in the free tier of Travelyzer. Travelyzer Plus does not unlock the planner; it removes the waiting and the limits around it.

Group trips are free up to five travellers. Groups of more than five travellers are part of Travelyzer Plus. Travelyzer itself is free to download on the App Store and on Google Play, and the map, the captures and the cards you collect are unlimited on the free tier.

Travelyzer Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, at the price shown in the app. On the US App Store it is $5.99 per month or $39.99 per year. Prices differ by storefront and region, so the figure shown in your own app is the one that applies. Travelyzer Plus covers:
